What types of masks do you offer?

How can I ensure the masks are safe for use?

Our masks are manufactured following stringent safety standards to ensure they provide adequate protection. They are made from breathable materials that comply with health regulations, making them suitable for everyday use.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Can I exchange my masks for a different size or style?

The fastest way to obtain a different size or style is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not process direct exchanges.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only deliver products to the United States.
